As the name appeal, energy saving (ES) valve is commonly applies in most of the glove manufacturers in Malaysia, one of the major compressed air usages in glove factory is for auto stripping application. During the stripping process, compressed air is being purged out in fast-pace to strip the glove away from the former. In this process, compressed air consumption is very high, and the valve used should be able to perform fast switching performance. With the ES-valve, only essential compressed air is drawn out to perform the stripping action. With the poppet design, ES-valve can switch in less than 20 ms per cycle. Thus, ES-valve is the most suitable valve to be used in the auto-stripping process and proven long lasting / maintenance free in rapid switching applications.
