The Pipeline WTS is a new development,designed by a team of Malaysian pneumatic specialists.This system specifically address the upstream pipeline and airline water condensation issues of the pneumatic system.

TRAPPING SYSTEM 2.0

Further development with the Plug and Play concept, WTS 2.0 panel box is integrated with stainless steel Ball Valve driven by Pneumatic Actuator and Programmable Digital Timer to replace the conventional ways of drainage system at the Air Reservoir. The panel is designed with a window for the visibility of digital timer counting down. The whole system is enclosed in a panel box (IP65) and it is suitable to be applied at indoor or outdoor with harsh environments.

Periodic Purging of Pipeline Contaminants

WTS can be programed from 1 second up until 99 seconds for draining, and 0.5 minute to 99 minutes for idling time. The program time frame is depending on the condensation severity in user’s plant.

Plug and Play Package

User can easily install WTS to their system without major changes to the existing line setup. Simply plug-in the system along with user’s existing setup, and the water condensation issue will be improved as immediate countermeasure.

Visible Operation

WTS come with seven segment display for easy observations. With bright yellow colored display, users are able to spot the count-down operation from a distant. It is also good to install WTS panel box at the eye-level for visualizations.

Programmable Digital Timer

WTS is integrated with digital timer that is user friendly and very easy for setting. No extensive training or complex programming language required. WTS can be operated by itself without any PLC support or any other industrial computer control system.
